1. The ALL Series Christmas Cashback 2014/15 promotion (hereafter referred to as the
“Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe
GmbH. whose registered address is Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell,
Berkshire RG12 8FP, UK (the “Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Promotion is applicable to EEA residents aged 18 or over only.
3. In order to qualify for the Promotion, participants must purchase TWO Panasonic
Qualifying Products (new, not second hand) in one transaction between the 10th
November 2014 and the 31st January 2015. Claims for products purchased before or
after this promotional period will be deemed invalid.
4. Specific Seller Exclusions: ALL Series purchased from eBay, whether listed as new or
otherwise, will not be eligible for this Promotion. Products purchased from third party
sellers on Amazon (i.e. not from Amazon directly) whether fulfilled by Amazon or not,
will not be eligible for this Promotion. Please check with your retailer for further
information to avoid disappointment.
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS AND GIFTS
5. Purchase any two of the following qualifying products and receive £50/€60 Cash Back:

6. The cashback value will only increase if multiples of two of the qualifying products
are purchased.
7. No cash alternative is available for this Promotion.
CLAIM PROCESS
8. To qualify for the Promotion participants must complete the online registration form
available at www.panasonic.co.uk/promotions and upload a copy of their full purchase
receipt along with an image of the product barcodes (showing the model numbers and
serial numbers). Participants must ensure that their purchase receipt includes both the
date of purchase and models purchased.
9. Participants must wait 28 days from the date of purchase BEFORE submitting their
online claim. In any event, the last date for registration will be 27th February 2015,
10. The Promoter will not process a claim if participant cannot provide BOTH an image of
the product barcodes AND a copy of the purchase receipt. If, for any reason, participant
has not retained the boxes, the Promoter will accept an image of the serial numbers
found on the base of the Qualifying Products.
11. Participants must keep the Qualifying Products for a period of at least 28 days from the
date of purchase. If the Qualifying Products are returned within this period, the
Promoter will be entitled to claim back the Cashback Value paid.
12. Participants who are unable to upload the supporting documentation to verify their
claim may send their printed claim form with a photocopy of their full purchase receipt
(The Promoter will not return original documentation) and an image of their product
barcodes to the address below by 7th March 2015.

13. Upon submission of their claim form participants will be sent an email to confirm the
cashback value and the next steps of the claim process. The cashback value mentioned
on this email is an estimate based on the information participants have provided. The
information will be verified and the cashback value maybe subject to change.
14. Please allow 28 days from the date the Promoter receives the claim and all supporting
documentation to receive the cashback value. Where the Promoter is unable to meet
this deadline participants will be informed of the timeframe within which the cashback
value will be expected to be received. If the cashback value has not been received
within 28 days from the date of the confirmation email, participants are advised to
contact the Promoter, using the contact details above, no later than 35 days after the
claim submission. Regrettably claims pursued after this time will not be accepted.

17. Cheques must be used within 6 months of the date of issue.

from the date of delivery.
19. Claims for returned products, bad faith or fraudulent entries will be invalidated.
20. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware,
software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this
prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the
Promotion. Claims made by fax, telephone or email, will not be accepted. Illegible,
incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not
completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
21. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data
Protection regulation by the Promoter and its contractor HWA (3 Ilex House,
94 Holly Road Twickenham TW1 4HF) solely for the purpose of this promotion.
GENERAL
22. By claiming Cashback, participants will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms
and Conditions.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions
will be posted on this website.
24. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
